This journal is started in the time after he leaves Giovanni and returns to New Island to build a fortress in the ruins of the Laboratory. He doesn't yet have any solid plans for revenge or for destroying the system the world is based on, or for killing everyone on it but himself and repopulating it with a race of clones... Yet.
He doesn't know of any Pokemon other than the original 151, except some of them as legends.
Mewtwo is not exactly gifted with social graces. If he is rude, insensitive, or just plain stops talking to you don't be offended! It just means that either he's off to go brood or he (or maybe I!) has nothing left to say.

Name: Mewtwo
Gender: Male, physically sexless.
Zodiac Sign/Birthday/Age: Ahaha. Okay, he's actually around 20 years old, but most of that time has been spent maturing in a tube. He considers himself to be beyond his years. He actually is, if not as much as he thinks.
Occupation: He's busyhypnotizing recruiting people into helping him build a new home on New Island and going through whatever data is left from the old lab.
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral, with vengeful tendencies. He's borderline evil, I suppose.
Sexuality: Nooooot applicable, thanks.
Weapon: His mind. He can shoot balls of energy, erase memories, lift you and throw you, whatever he wants. He's very good at what he does.
Hair: Uh, purple?
Physical traits: Looks roughly like a big bipedal purple cat. Never looks happy. Ever. Has a tube connecting the back of his head to his spine.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Most things are alright. He'll start getting mad if you start chatting about slavery or captivity, or start prying into his past. He'll get broody if you talk about birth, family, and sometimes friendship.
Abilities: Psychic! Mind control, reading or wiping, levitation, telekinesis, teleportation, protective barriers and the ability to create and throw 'shadow balls.'
Unless you come visit him, you won't have to worry too much about these. He certainly can't touch people in another world.
For the record, he can't read your thoughts unless you're in his world. It's easier the nearer you are, but his range is considerable.

Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Uh, yeah! If it's irreversible, please ask first.
Maim/Murder/Death: Ask first! D: Maiming is much more likely than the others, because as a Pokemon he can get that healed up in time. It's almost certainly going to be a big 'NO!' for death.
Hugging/Kissing/Other Non-Violent Physical Contact: Affection will just leave him confused. He might hold you away with telekinesis. I'm not expecting this to be a problem, really! XD
His 'no-no place' is, uh, flat. He'll recognize the intent, but won't care very much, beyond saying, "what."
